DELIVERY DAYS + SAME-DAY CUTOFF

Delivery days: Monday–Friday.

Same-day cutoff: 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday.

Eligible orders paid by 12:00 PM on a delivery day may qualify for delivery by the end of that same day, subject to inventory availability, delivery capacity, and address eligibility.

Orders paid after the 12:00 PM cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. Orders paid on Saturday or Sunday will be scheduled for Monday, unless Monday is unavailable due to a holiday or other service interruption.

Same-day delivery means delivery by the end of the applicable delivery day and does not guarantee delivery within a specific number of hours.

WHERE DOES LOCAL DELIVERY START?

Majestie Hair proudly serves the Greater Houston metropolitan area through our Houston-area fulfillment operations. Local delivery is available to qualifying addresses within our designated service zones. We are an online retailer and do not offer walk-in shopping or in-store pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY ZONES + PRICING

Zone	Distance from fulfillment location	Orders under $300	Orders $300+

Zone 2	Over 10 up to 20 miles	$19.99	FREE
Zone 3	Over 20 up to 30 miles	$29.99	$9.99
Zone 4	Over 30 up to 50 miles	$39.99	$19.99

Local delivery minimum: $100 in merchandise. The $300+ rates shown above apply to qualifying merchandise orders.

HOW DO I KNOW MY DELIVERY ZONE?

There's no need to measure the miles yourself. Add your Majestie Hair items to your cart, then enter your complete physical delivery address during standard checkout or Shop Pay. If the address and order qualify, Shopify will display Local delivery and the applicable fee before you complete payment.

The address shown at checkout determines eligibility; ZIP code alone does not guarantee a particular zone. If local delivery isn't offered for your order, choose an available standard shipping option instead.

ELIGIBILITY

Local delivery is available only when every item in the order is in stock and fulfillable from the Majestie Hair Houston-area fulfillment location.

Eligibility also depends on the delivery address, order placement time, payment confirmation, and available delivery capacity.

If an order does not qualify for local delivery, available standard shipping options will be shown at checkout.

CHECKOUT REQUIREMENTS

A valid customer phone number is required for local delivery orders. Customers should also provide complete delivery instructions, including gate codes, apartment or suite details, and any information needed for safe access.

To view local delivery options, customers should proceed through the standard Shopify checkout or Shop Pay and select delivery before completing payment. Certain accelerated payment methods selected before delivery options are chosen may bypass local-delivery availability.

CONTACTLESS LOCAL DELIVERY & PACKAGE SECURITY

Majestie Hair local deliveries are contactless. We do not currently offer customer pickup for local-delivery orders.

To request local delivery, customers must provide an accurate delivery address, a valid phone number, and complete instructions identifying an accessible, reasonably secure drop-off location. Your delivery address may differ from your billing address. By requesting local delivery, the customer authorizes Majestie Hair’s delivery team to leave the package at the designated location without handing it directly to the customer.

Drivers do not enter residences. Please include gate codes, apartment or suite information, and other details necessary to access the authorized drop-off location, and remain reachable by phone on the scheduled delivery day.

Majestie Hair will follow the approved drop-off instructions and send delivery confirmation. When available, confirmation may include a delivery photo. We may also use available delivery records, such as delivery time and location, when reviewing a report.

Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly after receiving delivery confirmation. If available records show that the package was left at the customer-authorized location and delivery instructions were followed, a later report that the package is missing or stolen will be reviewed individually and does not automatically qualify for a replacement or refund.

If a package was delivered to the wrong location or our delivery procedures were not followed, Majestie Hair will investigate and provide any resolution required by applicable law.

FAILED DELIVERY & REDELIVERY FEES

If the designated location is inaccessible or, in the delivery team’s reasonable judgment, cannot be used safely, Majestie Hair may contact the customer to arrange redelivery instead of leaving the package unattended.

Redelivery fees may apply when a delivery cannot be completed because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, missing access information, or an inability to contact the customer.

Standard Redelivery Fees

Delivery zone	Redelivery fee
Zone 1	$12.99
Zone 2	$19.99
Zone 3	$29.99
Zone 4	$39.99

Free-delivery offers and order-based delivery discounts do not apply to redelivery. No redelivery fee will be assessed if Majestie Hair or its delivery team caused the failed attempt.

The applicable fee and reason will be disclosed before redelivery is arranged or charged.
